Enrollment

ADMISSION PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in the Learning Village Montessori School.  In order for us to ensure the best service for your child and your family, please follow the instructions below.

01.

Schedule a school tour.

02.

Submit a registration form (signed by both parents) with a non-refundable registration fee 

($250: Summer & Fall session / $65: Summer Session.

03.

The school will contact you to schedule a trial day for your child.  

04.

The school will send you a confirmation/acceptance letter.

05.

Submit the following documentation:

  • Proof of the child’s identity

  • The Virginia School Entrance Form (needs to be signed by a physician)

  • A copy of the child’s Immunization Card

  • Emergency Information Card

  • Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

  • Annual tuition in full or the FACTS Enrollment Form

The school will send you a confirmation letter of enrollment and schedule a parent orientation, to review the curriculum and policies.

All documentation needs to be submitted at least one week prior to the child’s first day at our school. No child is allowed to start until the school office receives all necessary documentation.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

The Learning Village Montessori accepts enrollment from children 18 months to 12 years of age, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, and sex.

 

  • Our school is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM – 5:30PM.

  • Our school only offers a 12-month contract for the Preschool program and a 10-month contract for the School Age program.
